Description:

We would like to start running session for housewives who do not have time in housework or child rearing.
It will take three months to progress thoroughly.
The final goal is to lecture so that you can complete a full marathon.
We do not care about running history. Beginners are welcome.
Contents will be lectured from the basics of running, such as stretching, muscle training, form practice.

【3 Month Project】Aim full marathon sub-4.5-hour! @ the Imperial Palace ( February 3, 2019 )

Description:

It is a practice session that aims at cutting the full marathon for 4 hours and 30 minutes (sub 4.5).

I think that there are many people who have anxiety and troubles such as “The time of the full marathon does not grow, the one it not practicing, the longer it runs, the knees and hip joints will hurt.”

It is quite difficult to find a problem in yourself, to improve or correct it.
This instructor will solve such anxiety and trouble at this exercise meeting.

In addition, the goodness of group practice,
A goal that one person can not achieve can work hard with nature by practicing with everyone.
Let’s accomplish the full marathon sub-five-hour! As a result of this practice session!
