This session is a practice session aiming for a complete marathon race.
Those who do not grow full marathon time,
Those who do not keep practicing if you are alone,
I think that there are many people who have anxiety and troubles such as knee and hip joints getting hurt as they run long.
It is quite difficult to find problems, improve and correct them by only one person.
This instructor will solve such anxiety and trouble at this exercise meeting.
In addition, the goodness of group practice alone can achieve difficult goals, but by practicing with everyone can do their best.
Let ‘s do our best towards completing a full marathon with this practice session!

· January 6 (Sunday) Muscle Training, Form Practice, 5 km Running
· January 13 (Sun) muscle training, form practice, 10 km pace running
· January 27 (Sunday) Interval run 200 m × 10
· February 3 (Sun) Interval run 400 m × 7
· February 10 (Sunday) Interval run 1 km × 4
· February 17 (Sun) Snack Run
· February 24 (Sun) Up / Down Run @ Akasaka Kozo
· March 3 (Sun) 15 km pace run
· March 24 (Sun) 20 km pace run
· March 31 (Sun) Ohanami RUN
* Single participation is also possible

◆ Terms of participation
· At the time of participation, we promise to be in a state where there is no mental strain on our own health condition.
· The insurance fee is not included in the participation fee. In participating, I accept that all responsibilities belong to the participants themselves.
· At the time of participation, follow the instructions of the organizer.
· In the case of injury or injury of the participants themselves, the participants themselves are responsible for the injury, and they will not charge the organizer about expenses related to injury or damage, compensation for damages etc.
