(A) 100 mile: You have completed the trail run tournament of over 70 km
(C) 100 km, (B) (E) Ekiden, (E) Pacer: finishing the trail run tournament of 49 km or more
Common
1. Healthy male and female over 18 years old
2. Be able to run by looking at the map
3. To be able to run without annoying the general mountaineers
Four. Be able to keep strict dust prohibition
Five. Be able to observe traffic rules on general roads
6. Be able to return to the goal on your own
7. Be able to pass through the gate within time
