Description:

This session is 15 km running for those aiming for full marathon sub-4-hour.

Running 15 km by yourself makes your heart and body exhausted.
If you feel that way, you need a chance and environment to practice with confidence.

In this session we will make 3 laps around the Imperial Palace 5 km.
Your instructor will support you as a pacemaker.
The pace of running is 1 km / 5 minutes 30 seconds to 40 seconds pace.
We supply hydration and break every lap.
If you get frustrated, switching to your own pace is OK, even if you retire on your way, it’s ok.

After running we will stretch slowly.

This is a trail running session for beginners.

You will feel the pleasure and pleasantness to move your body in nature.

Start Takao Yamaguchi Station, walk up to Mt. Takao and climb.
From Mt.Takao to Icchou-daira, we walk and run and proceed.
Mt.Takao is the highest-ranked three-star tourist destination in the Michelin Guide, so it is a mountain popular all over the world now.
Would you like to move the body with a great mountain that is near from the city center and is easy to go?

Description:

When you start running and the distance you gradually run increases,
The next big goal is to “run without walking 10 km”.

However, it is not so easy for you to run 10 km.
Just running practice has its limit.
In order to be able to run 10 km on a continuous basis without injury, without difficulty, it is necessary to carry out body making at the same time.
Its body creation is flexibility and basic muscular strength (trunk).

In this lesson, we will conduct training aimed at making the body suitable for running, afterwards we will run 2 laps of 5 km around the Imperial Palace.

We supply hydration and break every lap. As instructors pace at a constant pace, please participate with peace of mind.
