In order to be able to run 10 km on a continuous basis without injury, without difficulty, it is necessary to carry out body making at the same time.
Its body creation is flexibility and basic muscular strength (trunk).
In this lesson, we will conduct training aimed at making the body suitable for running, afterwards we will run 2 laps of 5 km around the Imperial Palace.
We supply hydration and break every lap. As instructors pace at a constant pace, please participate with peace of mind.
