TRACKTOKYO’s running instructor is custom-made and will create your own exercise menu.
First of all, we do counseling, we will hear past training experience and current training content, we will set future goals and create practice menu for 1 month.
We will prepare menu sheets to record practice schedule and results, so you can manage and approach reliably!
Those who are not able to achieve goal times easily and are struggling, those who do not understand how to set up practice menus in the first place, let’s eliminate that trouble on this occasion!

· The assembly, RunPit at the venue is a facility complete with locker and shower. A separate usage fee of 900 yen is required for use. (Use is optional)
