The purpose of the interval run is to speed up and improve the cardiopulmonary function.
Increasing the absolute value of speed has the following advantages.

“Even at the same pace you can run comfortably”
“Extreme pace-down disappears even when it’s hard”
The participants in this session are those who aim for a full marathon within 3 hours and 30 minutes.
The instructor will set the pace individually and coach you.
Inter interval practice is difficult because it is high so I think many people feel uneasy if alone, but because it is a group practice it is safe.
Let’s challenge the excellent interval effect with short distance!

· December 27 (Thursday) 1 km × 7
