NAGOYA Smile Marathon vol.38 in Shonai Green Area ( January 14, 2019 )

Description :

This competition is popular with a relatively flat and easy-to-drive course that runs around Lake Saiko, 5 km/ lap.

Because the time limit is also loose and the pace runner is scheduled for half · 30 K · full, it is a tournament that makes it easy for the first full 30 kilometers to record with confidence.

The 38th Ibusuki Rape Flower Marathon ( January 13, 2019 )

Overview :

At the southern end of Kyushu, a race held at Ibusuki.
It is known as a citizen marathon using an official course to be held in the year at the first Sunday in January.
The event is full marathon only.
There is a height difference of up to about 100 m, up / down continues up to around 10 km in the beginning, gradually rising from 35 km in the final stage, but Ikeda lake spreading in front of the eyes, a superb view of Kaimon dake, and rape flower fields that became full bloom Encourages the runner.
Although it is a hard course, since the time limit is set to 8 hours, which is a long time, even a beginner will be able to fully finish the race.
There are 14 water supplies every 2.5 km from 7.5 km. There are also many private aids by local residents, and pork juice, zenza, freshly pickled tomatoes, pickles and the like are honored with the word “hospitality in Japan” as the word.

The 48th Unzen Obama SPA Resort Marathon Tournament ( January 13, 2019 )

Nagasaki Prefecture This is the only official marathon course in Nagasaki prefecture, which departs from “Obama Onsen” located west of Shimabara Peninsula, west of Unzen National Park.

This hiking course is a popular course where you can easily access from Tokyo as the start and goal are stations.
Mt.Iwatono can experience a thrilling rocky place.
From the summit of Mt. Momokura, we can enjoy the magnificent view of Mt.Fuji which are chosed as “beautiful Mt. Fuji 12 scenery” if the weather is good.
This day may be the best season of autumn leaves as it is in mid November.
In the end you can go home after you soaked in the hot spring at the foot of the mountain slowly and healed the fatigue. (Hot springs are optional)

After going down the mountain, we will stop by the hot spring ‘Yutando-kousen’.

If you are visiting a hot spring, I recommend taking clothes in clothes,
If you do not visit, I will introduce the way to Saruhashi Station station as it is.
