The Imperial Palace 30km ( January 6, 2018 )

Description:

In order to complete a full marathon, “30 km running” is essential.
Also,
“30 km running” is essential to get even closer to achieving your target time.

The purpose of “30 km run” is to get the leg power / mental power that can run even after 30 km approaching the end of the race!
In other words, “30 kilometers” can simulate the pain of the marathon visited at the end of the race.
And “30 km running” is a practice that you can complete and acquire the elements necessary for achieving the target time at the same time by completing a full marathon.

However, it is quite tiring for himself, both the heart and the body that runs 30 km. For those who feel so, we need an environment and opportunities to practice with peace of mind.
So TRACKTOKYO will host “30 km running” at the Imperial Palace! we will support the instructor as a pacemaker in each class, divided into 4 classes. Even beginners can relax with confidence.

① Full marathon completion class
(1 km / 7 minutes 30 seconds pace)
② Sub-5 full marathon Class targeting within 5 hours
(1 km / 7 minutes pace)
③ Sub 4.5 Full marathon Class targeting within 4 hours and 30 minutes
(1 km / 6 minutes 20 seconds to 30 seconds pace)
④ Sub 4 full marathon Class targeting within 4 hours
(1 km / 5 minutes 30 seconds to 40 seconds pace)

I will make 6 laps around the Imperial Palace 5 km.
We supply hydration every lap. Once it gets tight, you can walk even if you do not run for 6 laps. After running we also accept the question time.

· January 10 (Thursday) 5 km for beginners + Form making upper body
· January 17 (Thu) 5 km for beginners + Form creation of lower body
※ One time application is 2,000 yen
※ 2 times application is 3,500 yen

◆ Terms of participation
· At the time of participation, we promise to be in a state where there is no mental strain on our own health condition.
· The insurance fee is not included in the participation fee. In participating, I accept that all responsibilities belong to the participants themselves.
· At the time of participation, follow the instructions of the organizer.
· In the case of injury or injury of the participants themselves, the participants themselves are responsible for the injury, and they will not charge the organizer about expenses related to injury or damage, compensation for damages etc.

“I want to start running but I wonder if I can really run”
“I want to start running but first I want to learn from the foundation properly”
“I tried running but the person who felt the pain in my knees and waist shoulders”
“Who wants to start running for dieting purposes”
We will do that for running beginners.

In this lesson, beginners will be lectured on running form practice which does not strain on the stretch and the body which is necessary for running.
