And “30 km running” is a practice that you can complete and acquire the elements necessary for achieving the target time at the same time by completing a full marathon.

However, it is quite tiring for himself, both the heart and the body that runs 30 km. For those who feel so, we need an environment and opportunities to practice with peace of mind.
So TRACKTOKYO will host “30 km running” at the Imperial Palace! we will support the instructor as a pacemaker in each class, divided into 4 classes. Even beginners can relax with confidence.

① Full marathon completion class
(1 km / 7 minutes 30 seconds pace)
② Sub-5 full marathon Class targeting within 5 hours
(1 km / 7 minutes pace)
③ Sub 4.5 Full marathon Class targeting within 4 hours and 30 minutes
(1 km / 6 minutes 20 seconds to 30 seconds pace)
④ Sub 4 full marathon Class targeting within 4 hours
(1 km / 5 minutes 30 seconds to 40 seconds pace)

I will make 6 laps around the Imperial Palace 5 km.
We supply hydration every lap. Once it gets tight, you can walk even if you do not run for 6 laps. After running we also accept the question time.
Please do not hesitate to ask questions such as troubling with running form, troubleshooting measures, exercise method. Please participate in this opportunity.
