Description:

It is 30 km running for those who aim at full marathon sub-5-hour.

Running 30 km by yourself makes your heart and body exhausted.
If you feel that way, you need a chance and environment to practice with confidence.

In this session we will make 6 laps around the Imperial Palace 5 km.
Your instructor will support you as a pacemaker.
The pace of running is 1 km / 6 minutes 20 seconds to 30 seconds pace.
We supply hydration and break every lap.
If you get frustrated, switching to your own pace is OK, even if you retire on your way, it’s ok.

After running we will stretch slowly.
