In this session, we will do the interval training which citizen runners have penetrated at Yoyogi Park Oda Field.
Those who wish to participate are those who aim for full marathon 3.5 hours cutting (sub 3.5).
The purpose of the interval run is to speed up and improve the cardiopulmonary function.
By raising the absolute value of the speed, the effect is extremely effective, such as “It takes the fast action to improve the form,” “It runs easily even at the same pace”, “the extreme pace down is gone”,.
The instructor will set the pace individually and coach.
I think that there are many people who feel uneasy when truck practice has a high threshold, if alone, because it is a group practice, it is safe.
Let’s challenge the excellent interval effect with short distance.
