Everyone town continues plum forest as far as the gently sloping mountain slopes spread along Nanbu river.

In this tournament course, we will run through the course of Plum Forest, “Oku – Minabe Plum Forest”, Japan ‘s largest.

We want to encounter everyone through the trail run in the wonderful nature of Satoyama which was also acknowledged as world heritage, and want to encourage more people to have opportunities to know more about Minebeacho, the best plum village in Japan I am thinking.

And I will send “Sports = plum” which is also a catchphrase of Minabe-cho nationwide.

Course

Follow the Plum Forest as far as you can see through the most famause Plum area in Japan.
From there you enter the mountains and become a real trail.

Until the goal of the short course, Oho highway is said that ancient people carried charcoal on horse course.

In the long course, there are places that can be mentioned in Japanese history, such as traces of charcoal kilns, Mizune shrine, Jizo store, monk’s mansion, Komori rock, etc. in the mountains.

It is a course where you can experience not only nature but also culture.
