5 km Course: Azalea Festival 10,000 steps course (barrier free) [departure ceremony 9: 45, start 10:30]

35 km Course: Nagasaki Kaido / Tashiro Daisyko Course [departure ceremony 7:15, start 7:30]
20 km Course: Yatimono no Satanayama / Rural Course [departure ceremony 8:15, start 8:30]
10 km Course: National Honkyuu Imperial Palace and Townscape Course [departure ceremony 9: 45, start 10:00]
5 km Course: Teramachi 1 ten thousand steps course with barrier (free) [departure ceremony 9: 45, start 10:30]
