· October 11 (Thur) Stomach tightening muscle training, walking
· October 18 Muscle training with thin legs, walking
· October 25 (Thursday) Butt tightening muscle training, walking
· November 1 (Thu) trunk trunk, walking
· November 8 (Thursday) Waist upper train, walking 5 km
· November 15 (Thursday) Lower body train, walking 5 km
· November 22 (Thu) whole body muscle training, walking 5 km
· December 6 (Thu) Circuit train, walking 5 km
