“Sento run” refers to a running style that puts luggage in the japanese public bath and enjoying running, of course, after running, you can relax with a bath by taking a shower.
This group aims to slow and relax “Sento run” with the public baths in various places in Tokyo.
Therefore, it may be a bit unsatisfactory event for runner who aims to shorten the time at marathon contest, please understand that point in advance.
The manager is not good at English, but I’d like to spread the goodness of the japanese public bath as well as possible to the world, please do not hesitate to join foreigners and Japanese people!

INFORMATION ON “Kuroyu-no-Hot Spring Yu ~ City Kamata”

Official Site:http://youcity.sakura.ne.jp/

In this day event we will use “Yu ~ City Kamata” in Ota Ward.
Ota Ward is an area with many public bathrooms in Tokyo, and public baths with unique features are densely packed in this area.
In this “Yu ~ City Kamata” not only can you enjoy 8 kinds of natural hot springs but also there is a large hall on the 2nd floor, you can enjoy drinks and meals, the concerts by professional singers are also irregular with karaoke installed further on the stage It is said that it will be held in.

Information on running courses

On this day, I am planning a course to start a public bath and return to “Omori Furusato’s Beach Park”.

“Omori Furusato’s Beach Park” is facing the ocean and overlooking the Showa Island and the Keihin islands, and an airplane to take off and land off from Haneda airport is a park with a sense of freedom that can be seen from a short distance.
Because it is the optimum size for the paved road and the jogging that was beautifully maintained, many people are running.
I am assuming a traveling time of about 1 hour on a course of about 8 kilometers round trip.
