The purpose of running on the pass is mainly improvement of cardiorespiratory function and improvement of muscle endurance.
However, if you go beyond your own power, such as running, pacing, etc., it will also lead to adverse effects or breakdowns.

This time we will hold for inexperienced inhabitants, those who would like to take in the practice menu from now on.

After moving the body, you can relax at the day-trip hot spring “Gokuraku-yu” at Takao Yamaguchi station and you can return home comfortably.

◆ Participants
Those who can run within 4 hours and 30 minutes of full marathon

◆ belongings
Backpack for trail running, 1 liter or more of water, rain wear, behavior diet, gloves, caps, easy-to-move clothes, etc.

◆ About shoes
You can use running shoes, but on the way you also run unpaved roads. If possible, the trail running shoes are preferable.

◆ Terms of participation
Unlike running through the streets, you run on unpaved roads, so it is possible that accidents like falls, sudden changes in the weather, etc. will result in unexpected accidents. In order to carry out safely, please understand the following contents and please participate with consent.
· At the time of participation, we promise to be in a state where there is no mental strain on our own health condition.
· The insurance fee is not included in the participation fee. In participating, I accept that all responsibilities belong to the participants themselves.
