It is a practice session that aim to sub-4-hour full marathon.
I think that there are many people who have anxiety and troubles such as “The time of the full marathon does not grow, the one it not practicing, the longer it runs, the knees and hip joints will hurt.”
It is quite difficult to find a problem in yourself, to improve or correct it.
This instructor will solve such anxiety and trouble at this exercise meeting.

A goal that one person can not achieve can work hard with nature by practicing with everyone.

◆ Practice schedule
· January 5 (Sat) Muscle Training, Form Practice, 5 km Running
· January 12 (Saturday) Muscle training, form practice, 10 km pace running
· January 26 (Saturday) Interval run 200m × 10
· February 2 (Saturday) Interval run 400 m × 7
· February 9 (Saturday) Interval run 1 km × 4
· February 16 (Saturday) Up / Down Run @ Akasaka Gosho 1 lap
· February 23 (Saturday) Snack Snack
· March 2 (Saturday) Up / Down Run @ Akasaka Gosho 2 laps
· March 16 (Saturday) 15 km pace run
· March 23 (Saturday) 20 km pace run
· March 30 (Sat) Ohanami RUN
* Single participation is also possible
※ Application for 11 times is 11,000 yen
◆ Terms of participation
· At the time of participation, we promise to be in a state where there is no mental strain on our own health condition.
· The insurance fee is not included in the participation fee. In participating, I accept that all responsibilities belong to the participants themselves.
· At the time of participation, follow the instructions of the organizer.
· In the case of injury or injury of the participants themselves, the participants themselves are responsible for the injury, and they will not charge the organizer about expenses related to injury or damage, compensation for damages etc.
