WHAT IS “SENTOU RUN”?:

“Sento run” refers to a running style that puts luggage in the japanese public bath and enjoying running, of course, after running, you can relax with a bath by taking a shower.
This group is for groups who can enjoy “Sento run” with public baths in various parts of Tokyo.
The manager is not good at English, but I’d like to spread the goodness of the japanese public bath as well as possible to the world, please do not hesitate to join foreigners and Japanese people!

INFORMATION ON PUBLIC BATH

Bunkayokusen is a public bath located along the Meguro River.
In 1928 (Showa 3 year) founded business bathhouse, it was renewed seven years ago and it has been transformed into a wooden stylish interior.

Also, in the bath you can take a bath while enjoying Japan’s first “circular red Fuji” by painter painter Nakajima Morio.

Bunkayokusen offers authentic “crude drug hot water” only on Sunday. Please experience “Yakuzen no Yu” to warm up to the center of your body.

RUNNING INFORMATION

The running course is scheduled for 8 km around the Meguro River famous for its cherry blossoms.
Because it is Sunday, let’s run slowly so that tiredness will not be left on the next day.
Since this event is aimed at relaxing only, the speed of running is slow, If you are a beginner please do not hesitate to join us.
