The 37 th 2019 Miura international citizen marathon ( March 3, 2019 )

Overview :

The citizen marathon done in Miura city, Kanagawa prefecture is easy to access in about 70 minutes by train from the city center.
The event has half marathon, 5 km, Kids beach run 800 meters (1 to 4 years of elementary school, no time measurement) running on the sandy beach.

Half marathon starts the Miura coast and turns around at Jogashima at the tip of Miura Peninsula.
Fuji, Izu Peninsula, Boso Peninsula can be hoped for while running along the field and the coast, and the view is outstanding. There is an up / down with a height difference of about 70 m.

Participation prize is T – shirt and specialty “Miura no radish” gift.
3 people will be dispatched from JAL Honolulu Marathon by lottery among Half marathon finishers.

On the beach next to the start / finish point, events such as “Miura good country city”, which can enjoy gourmet including Miura’s specialty products tuna, as well as events such as character show and fish’s touching pool will be held.
