Tairyuuji Temple Pilgrim way trail running race 2019 in Tokushima ( January 19, 2019 )

Overview :

Tairyuuji Temple at the entrance of Naka town where Prince Jikatabi is living.
“Tairyuuji Temple” which is built near the summit of the mountain is an old temple called “Takano in the west” at the No. 21 Buddhist temple of the Shikoku 88th Place.

The starting point is the Kamoguchi area of Anan City.
Go up to Tai Long Temple on the oldest pilgrim way in Shikoku, run down “Iwa and Michi”, until the Aosa district located at the foot of the Naka cho side of the Tairyuuji Temple mountain. It is a trail running race with about 10 km one way course.

Please run through the most historic pilgrim road in Tokushima Prefecture and experience the history and the pilgrimage of the pilgrim culture.

This time is held as the previous day event of “Senba Sea Cliff Trail Running Race 2019”. Every day, it is the previous day event which also serves as field introduction in Minami-Awa area, this year is the 10th memorial event so we will introduce Tai Long Terayama in collaboration with Prince Jikatabi Cup.

It is a very pleasant trail, so it is up to you whether you will run crazy or relax with half of sightseeing!

The 38th Ibusuki Rape Flower Marathon ( January 13, 2019 )

Overview :

At the southern end of Kyushu, a race held at Ibusuki.
It is known as a citizen marathon using an official course to be held in the year at the first Sunday in January.
The event is full marathon only.
There is a height difference of up to about 100 m, up / down continues up to around 10 km in the beginning, gradually rising from 35 km in the final stage, but Ikeda lake spreading in front of the eyes, a superb view of Kaimon dake, and rape flower fields that became full bloom Encourages the runner.
Although it is a hard course, since the time limit is set to 8 hours, which is a long time, even a beginner will be able to fully finish the race.

The 48th Unzen Obama SPA Resort Marathon Tournament ( January 13, 2019 )
