Description:

It is 30 km running for people aiming for full marathon sub-3.5-hour.
Running 30 km by one person makes your heart and body exhausted.
If you feel that way, you need a chance and environment to practice with confidence.

If you are uncertain as to whether you can still run 30 km, please participate in this lesson at this opportunity.
I will make 6 laps around the Imperial Palace 5 km.

The instructor supports you as a pacemaker.

The running pace is 1 km / 5 minutes.

We supply hydration and break every lap.

When it gets tight, switching to my pace is OK, and retirement is OK on the way.

After running we will stretch slowly.

Description:

In this session we will run the course where up and down of the Okutama road will continue.
Because it is a course with up / down, it leads to improvement of leg strength / cardiorespiratory function.
For a runner who is preparing for a full marathon, 30 km marathon, half marathon, it should be a good exercise.
The running pace is 1 km / 6 minutes.
After I finish running, I can sweat with hot spring “Ume no yu” located near Kawabe station in the meeting place and feel comfortable going home.
It is a 30 km run which can not be easily done alone.
