Inari-yu running
Running Course

I recommend running around the Imperial Palace.
The Imperial Palace is one of the most famous running spots in Japan and many runners are enjoying running everyday.
The running course around the Imperial Palace is easy to understand as one lap is exactly 5 kilometers and you can run according to your own level.
There are many spots where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape around the Imperial Palace including Sakuradamon-gate and the moat of Edo Castle.
However, since Inari-yu is not a facility dedicated to running, it is better to refrain from using for a long time.

How to Reception

If you use this facility as a running, let’s first put the running shoes in the outer shoe box and please tell it at the reception as follows.
“Running De Riyou Shitaidesu”, which meams “I would like to use it for running”.

Then Receptionist will explain how to use in Japanese, its contents are as follows.

① Please change to running wear at the changing room first.
② Please put the luggage in the changing room locker.
③ Please remember the key number and give the locker’s key to the Receptionist.
④Running
⑥ After returning from running, please tell the receptionist the key number and receive locker key from Receptionist.
⑦ Please take a bath and relax
According to several word-of-mouth sites, it seems there is a difficult old lady receptionist, so be careful.

Please refer to here for how to visit the sento.
