ABOUT KOMAZAWA OLINPIC PARK TRAINING ROOM
This facility can use the gym for 2 hours at 450 yen. There is no troublesome procedure such as membership registration, of course.
Because it is in Komazawa park as well as Jim, we can run running course in park. In addition to that, we may open ground for the athletics stadium in general and we can also run.
Therefore it can be said that it is a very friendly facility for runners.
The park is about 15 minutes on foot from the station, green is more pleasant environment.
As you enter from the main gate you will be a detour so I will share the shortcut from the station on the map above.

Weekdays from 9: 00-21: 30 (Last admission until 20:30, use of the machine until 21:15)
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays 7: 30 ~ 21: 00 (until the last entry 20:00, use of the machine from 8: 00 ~ 20: 45)
Land trucks can be used from 9: 00-17: 00 on a day other than the exclusive use of the group or the maintenance day.
Closed Day
Closed are established from 1 to 3 times a month, irregularly, and we are open as usual except on holidays. Please confirm from this HP.
How to Use
Enter from the entrance and purchase 450 yen tickets at the automatic ticket vending machine. Enter a ticket at the entrance gate set on the left of the ticket vending machine and enter. The locker room is on the left side.

I think that you can do enough training from beginner to advanced. Regarding this gym, the room itself is large and the free weight area is quite wide. So, even in a crowded condition you can train with less feeling cramped.
