The reason for popularity is a cross country course less than 1.5 km.
The ground of the soil which is not paved with asphalt is comfortable and this park is overflowing with greenery that I can’t believe in tokyo.
Moreover, because there is moderate up & down, you can run as fun as if you are on a roller coaster.
This trail course is parallel to the regular paved course so you can choose your favorite course.
There is also a wide lawn area.
Of course it is also possible to jog outside the designated course.
It is possible to make one lap at about 4 kilometers or so in about 15 minutes.

It does not mean that it is broad in terms of building, but the training area is wide. For public facilities.

The gym which can be used on a daily basis is not quite
There are many gyms of membership system, but there are not many gyms of private companies that can be generally used by non-members.
“It costs tens of thousands of yen per month though we can not go even once a week”
“I want to go with friends and lovers, but I have not registered in the same facility”
etc…
In such a case, how about using public facilities such as the citizen gymnasium?
You can use it even if you are not a citizen, plenty of machines.

5 recommended gyms in Tokyo available for non-members
It is very recommended gym for me because it is very clean and wide.
Since you do not need to register as a member, anyone can use the gym if pay 550 yen. Moreover there is a shower complete with shampoo and body soap, as well as jacuzzi. Also easy access from Kinshicho station, and there are plenty of restaurants around this gym. If you live near Kinshicho, and you want to do a workout, you should absolutely use this gym.
Minatoku Sports is about 5 minutes walk from JR Tamachi station.

Toshima Ward Ikebukuro Sports Center in toshima ward
It is a gym on the 9th floor of a building about 5 minutes’ walk from Ikebukuro station. It is 400 yen in 2 hours and it is very cheap and facilities are substantial. However, because the popularity is very high, the locker room is crowded at the weekend. You can look over Ikebukuro buildings while training.
Since the reception is on the 9th floor and the gym is on the 10th floor, you can change clothes in the locker room and go upstairs.
When I visited there was quite a locker room crowded and 2 hours had passed because of that the extra fee was paid.
Komazawa Olinpic Park Training Room in setagaya ward
This facility can use the gym for 2 hours at 450 yen. There is no troublesome procedure such as membership registration, of course.
Because it is in Komazawa park as well as Jim, we can run running course in park. In addition to that, we may open ground for the athletics stadium in general and we can also run.
Therefore it can be said that it is a very friendly facility for runners.
The park is about 15 minutes on foot from the station, green is more pleasant environment.
The nearest station is Tokyo, Kanda, Otemachi and a gym in the very business area. Perhaps it is a public gym in the city center most in Japan.
It is recommended because there is no need for membership registration and no time limit.

Running Course
As a running course there is Kinuta Park in about 5 minutes of running. It is one of the most prestigious parks in Setagaya Ward and has become a popular place for runners in recent years. How to Reception
If you use this facility as a running, please tell it at the reception as follows.
“Running De Riyou Shitaidesu”, which meams “I would like to use it for running”.
