About Toshima Ward Ikebukuro Sports Center
It is a gym on the 9th floor of a building about 5 minutes’ walk from Ikebukuro station. It is 400 yen in 2 hours and it is very cheap and facilities are substantial. However, because the popularity is very high, the locker room is crowded at the weekend. You can look over Ikebukuro building while viewing well.
Since the reception is on the 9th floor and the gym is on the 10th floor, I change clothes in the locker room and go upstairs.
When I visited there was quite a locker room crowded and 2 hours had passed before the extra fee was paid.
