Overview :
In this event, I am interested in Nordic walk and will teach basic walking method for those who hold the pole for the first time.
Nordic walk is a sport that was born in the Northern Europe as a summer training of cross-country skiers. Now it is getting popular as a useful sport that brings health to everyone aiming for diet and care prevention from athletes of all sports including ski players.
Efficacy of Nordic walk – Aerobic exercise using whole body
1. Balance of right and left muscles is improved, the spine grows and the stride widens. (Wear an ideal walking form)
2. Because it is whole body exercise that uses 90% of the whole body, energy consumption increases 20 to 30% compared with normal walking form, so it is effective for dieting.
3. Strength, endurance, balance holding power are trained.
Four. Using Paul has about 30% weight reduction effect, reducing the burden on joints and knees.
