Yodogawa Kanpei Walk 2019 ( March 2, 3, in 2019 )

Overview :

Yodogawa Kanpei Marathon is a charity marathon contest that was launched in 2013 as a founder of comedian Hazama Kanpei.

100 yen per participation fee will be donated to the support of the East Japan great earthquake, Kumamoto earthquake disaster area and Yodogawa’s environmental preservation, this time from the Osaka North Earthquake, Nishinippon heavy rain support disaster area support.

The event has a full 10 km, family 3 km, about 6 km to the Ekiden which connects in 6 sections, and Kanpei Walk 12 km of the day before the event which was popular last year.

The stage of the tournament is Yodogawa ‘s “Mother River” Osaka. It is an area of relaxation with the blessings of rich nature and water while in the big city.
The main venue that will be the start and goal of various competitions is Yodogawa River Park, the course is the riverbed of Yodogawa. It is easy to finish even runners who are not experienced such as full first challenge with fewer up and down.

Also, “Yoshimoto Geisha and Let’s Run” is the slogan of the tournament, and about 200 comedian belonging to Yoshimoto will participate in various competitions.

It is a tournament full of fun of songs, dances, runs, walks + α for laughter, such as cheering on the roadside and exciting the tournament at the main venue stage.

Natural hot spring “Mikoku-yu” (御谷湯) only 460 yen in downtown Tokyo

I went to the public bath “Mikoku-yu” which I can walk from my wife and Kinshicho station the other day.
To my surprise, this public bath is a natural hot spring.
I was touched that it is only 460 yen and I can visit hot springs in Tokyo.

One of the purpose of this blog is running, but it is so-called Sento running, but unfortunately this “Mikoku-yu” does not do luggage temporary keeping service.
However, it was a wonderful public bath, so I would like to introduce it on my blog regardless of purpose.

The bathtub area is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, and the man and woman’s baths seem to be replaced periodically.
On this day, the man bath is on the 5th floor, the bathtub has as many as 8 baths, there is also a half dew bath, and it can also cool with a little outdoor space.
Stylish mural painting with tiled interior is fashionable.

On the first floor there was a large lobby complete with vending machines, I relaxed and bought a canned beer while watching TV and was able to wait for my wife.

The only thing I regrettable with this public bath is the point far from the station,
It took about 20 minutes on foot from Kinshicho station.

Mikoku-yu sign: It may be a bit confusing.

As long as you are not a fan of a public bath like me, it may be painful to walk so far.

Anyway,
In Sento sold for natural hot springs I am the most loved in Tokyo “Soshiya 21” of Soshigaya-okukra, but this “Mikoku-yu” was also a lovely public bath that will surely repeat.

東京下町460円で入れる天然温泉「御谷湯」（みこくゆ）に行ってきました。

先日妻と錦糸町駅から歩いて行ける銭湯「御谷湯」にいってきました。
驚いたことにこの銭湯は天然温泉なのです。
たった460円で東京にいながらにして温泉に入れるって感動してしまいました。

このブログの趣旨のひとつは銭湯をランニングステーション替わりに利用する、いわゆる銭湯ランニングなのですが、この「御谷湯」では残念ながら荷物の一時預かりサービスはやってません。
しかし、あまりに素晴らしい銭湯だったのでこうしてブログに書いてしまいました。

湯舟はビルの４・５階に位置し男女風呂は定期的に入れ替わるようです、
この日は男風呂は５階、浴槽には8つものお風呂が用意されていて、半露風呂もあり、ちょっとした屋外スペースで涼むことも出来ます。
内装はタイル貼りのスタイリッシュな壁画がおしゃれです。

１階には自動販売機が完備された広いロビーがあり、リラックスしてテレビを見ながら缶ビールを買って妻の長風呂を待つことが出来ます。

ひとつだけちょっと残念だったのは駅から遠い点です、
私達も錦糸町からGoogleマップを頼りに約２０分程かかりました。

私のような銭湯好きならともかく、一般のお客さんはここまで歩いて来るひとは少ないかもしれませんね。

ともあれ、天然温泉が売りの銭湯で私が東京で最も愛しているのは祖師谷大蔵の「祖師谷21」ですが、この「御谷湯」もきっとリピートしてしまうであろう愛おしい銭湯でした。

Overview :

In this event, I am interested in Nordic walk and will teach basic walking method for those who hold the pole for the first time.

Nordic walk is a sport that was born in the Northern Europe as a summer training of cross-country skiers. Now it is getting popular as a useful sport that brings health to everyone aiming for diet and care prevention from athletes of all sports including ski players.

Efficacy of Nordic walk – Aerobic exercise using whole body

1. Balance of right and left muscles is improved, the spine grows and the stride widens. (Wear an ideal walking form)

“Minami Boso Flower March” will be held as a festival of everyone’s sports aiming to create a healthy body and mind while familiarizing themselves with nature in this southern Boso, scented with comfortable spring breeze and sea breeze.
